I’ve worked in enough offices to know that “tech support” often means “whoever’s under 40.” I’ve watched coworkers try to scroll using the screen. I’ve seen someone print an Excel file, fill it out by hand, and then scan it back into Excel.
We all have stories like this. And thanks to Reddit, now we get to laugh at other people’s IT nightmares, too. These are some of the worst (and funniest) cases of computer illiteracy ever witnessed at work. Honestly, some of these folks deserve an award—for persistence, if not tech skills.
