It’s summer so that means, in the south, it’s high shrimp/crawfish/crab boil season.
I know some people love a seafood boil. I am not those people.
Something about dumping sea bugs, sausage, and corn onto a plastic table like it’s ocean roadkill gives me the ick on a spiritual level. I don’t want to dig through wet food debris like I’m doing seafood archaeology. I want a plate. I want dignity.
