I’ve been working on my mental health for most of my adult life. I’ve done therapy, taken meds, and I even got myself sober. All of these are just pieces of the puzzle. There is no “cure all.”
The closest thing I’ve found is being able to laugh about it all. Life is hard, and anxiety and depression don’t help at all, but there is a comfort in knowing millions of other people are in the same boat. And guess what? Some of them are hilarious.
