Employee Leaves Chronically Late Coworker To Fend For Herself After Consistently Missing Ride Share Time
I’ve always tried to keep a separation between coworkers and friends. Obviously you can have coworkers that are friends, but ultimately your job is important and takes priority.
This Reddit post has a woman who has found herself trying to establish that balance. She was kind enough to give a coworker without a car rides to work, but that coworker consistently late every morning and in turn making her late too.
Now she’s asking the internet if she was wrong to leave that chronically late coworker to fend for herself after multiple warnings. IMHO she did that right thing. What do you think?
