Mother Furious When Father Decides To Return His Kids’ Christmas Present To Fund His Boys Trip

I can remember when I was finally old enough to by my mom a Christmas present with my own money. I was so excited to see her open a gift I got for her after all of the gifts she had gotten me.

Now, if she had then turned around and sold my gift to get something she actually wanted, it would’ve broken my heart.

That’s exactly what happened in this Reddit post. A father got a gift from his children but then decided he wanted to sell it to fund an upcoming boys trip. His wife was furious.
