Giant dogs are the best. I love all dogs, but after seven years with my 165-pound dog Murray, I’m convinced giant breeds are superior. He’s my first dog, and he’s completely changed the way I think about them. Small dogs are fine, but there’s something about a massive dog who thinks he’s lap-sized that just hits different.
I was looking through my phone for a picture of me with him that actually shows how big he is, but this is the only decent one I could find. Human for scale, if you will.
