Time zones make remote work tricky, but this is ridiculous. A Corporate employee scheduled a 6:30 AM meeting for a worker three time zones behind them. For them, it’s a reasonable 9:30 AM. For the employee? It’s before dawn on their first day back from two weeks of vacation.
The employee woke up early, got coffee, and prepared for the meeting. At exactly 6:29 AM, they received a reschedule notice. One minute before the meeting. Already awake. Already mad. Seems like valid rage to me.
