I miss having a cat. They’re a nice pet to have around, a good companion who judges you silently from across the room. Not to mention coming home, and they’re either waiting for you at the door or hiding, waiting to scare the daylights out of you for fun.
Mine used to wake me up at 4am by standing on me, as if to say, “feed me.” I’d then wake up, shut the bedroom door, and go back to bed until it was actually time to feed him.
