The average American drinks about 3 cups of coffee per day, which sounds reasonable until you remember some people drink zero, meaning the rest of us are picking up the slack.
How much coffee is too much? Well, that’s for you to decide. I wish doctors and health nuts would let us have just this one thing. Unless you’re putting sugar and flavors in it, it’s pretty harmless aside from the caffeine. Even then, there’s decaf. But that’s real dedication.
