40 Brilliant Street Art Transformations Of Otherwise Boring Objects

Tom Bob is one of those artists who makes you feel stupid for not seeing it first. He takes random stuff on the streets of New York — pipes, bike racks, radiators, fire hydrants — and paints them into characters and scenes that look like they were always supposed to be there.

Once you see what he does with a drainpipe you’ll never walk past one the same way again. We’ve featured his work before and his newer stuff is just as good. The guy looks at a city full of concrete and metal and sees a canvas everywhere.
