35 Photos From The Wildlife Photographer Of The Year Competition That’ll Remind You How Extraordinary This Planet Is

Every year, I think about entering the Wildlife Photographer of the Year competition. Every year, I see the photos submitted, and I think about it a little less.

Run by London’s Natural History Museum, it attracts some of the most talented wildlife photographers alive. People who spend months, sometimes years, chasing a single shot.

Once you see these amazing shots from throughout the years of the competition, you’ll understand why I stick to photographing my dog with my phone.
