I used to fight sleep like it was my job. As a kid, bedtime felt like a punishment and naps were something to avoid at all costs.
Now? Completely different story. Sleep is easily one of my favorite parts of the day. If I can sneak in a nap, I’m doing it. If it’s a reasonable hour to go to bed, I’m already thinking about it.
