Artist Cleverly Redesigns Everyday Objects Into Things I Wish Were Real So I Could Buy Them (40 Pics)
David Delahunty is an Irish designer who looks at the most boring objects in your house — tea bags, bottle openers, door stops — and reimagines them in ways that make you do a double take.
Some of his stuff barely changes the original at all. Just a tiny shift in shape or color or branding and suddenly it feels completely different. That’s the trick. Most design tries to scream at you. His just kind of nudges you and waits to see if you noticed. I noticed.
