37 Examples Of Brilliant Architectural Design That Doesn’t Exist Anymore
Any time I visit a new city, I end up spending half my time just walking around looking up. Architecture has always been one of my favorite parts of traveling, seeing how different places express themselves through buildings, details, and design choices you just don’t get anywhere else.
But every once in a while I come across old photos of structures that don’t exist anymore, and it honestly feels like I missed out on something special.
These weren’t just buildings, they were works of art, full of character, craftsmanship, and ideas that feel almost impossible today.
These are the kinds of places I wish I could’ve seen in person, but at least we’ve still got the photos.
