I’ll admit it, I love saying random things in a British or Australian accent. Something about it just makes ordinary phrases instantly more entertaining. I never really stopped to consider that, of course, the game goes both ways.
Apparently people outside the U.S. have their own favorite American phrases they like to say in an accent, and honestly, I can’t blame them. We’ve got plenty of loud, ridiculous, instantly recognizable sayings to choose from.
