I’ve never been to Russia, so take this with a grain of salt, but based on everything I’ve seen online, it feels like the entire country operates on a slightly different frequency. The kind where you look at something and go, “there’s no way that’s real,” and then it absolutely is.
It’s got that same chaotic energy people always joke about with Florida, just scaled up and a lot colder.
