I went through a phase a few years ago where I was convinced I was going to get into woodworking. I watched probably forty hours of YouTube videos about it. I bought a couple of tools. I made one lopsided little shelf that I was genuinely proud of and then I never touched any of it again. The tools are still in my garage. The shelf is still on the wall because I refuse to take it down.
