I’ve been on the internet long enough that I thought I’d seen most of what it had to offer, and then I scroll past something like a perfectly square watermelon or a cloud that looks exactly like a dog, and I’m right back to being interested in it again.
That’s the whole appeal of r/mildlyinteresting. Nobody’s trying to blow your mind or claiming this is the most incredible thing you’ve ever seen. It’s just people who noticed something slightly out of the ordinary and had the good sense to take a picture.
