I don’t know when this happened. I was in middle school, then I blinked, and now I’m in my mid-30s, googling whether the noise my knee makes is normal. That’s just a normal Tuesday activity now. We grew up on AIM away messages, Saturday morning cartoons, and dial-up internet that sounded like a robot, and at some point, all of that became nostalgia content. Which means we became nostalgia content.

The decade we grew up in is now retro. The shows we watched are getting reboots. The music is on oldies stations. Nobody warned us about any of this.
