35 Restaurants That Did Everything Except Put The Food On A Plate
I wonder how many restaurant employees have tried to talk their boss out of a serving idea. Somebody has to wash this stuff at the end of the night. They probably had a pretty good system back when all the dishes were dishes.
I appreciate a little creativity, but once my food arrives, I’d like the brainstorming portion of the evening to be over. I’m hungry. You could bring my fries out on the same white plate you’ve had since 1997, and I’d be thrilled.
The “We Want Plates” subreddit continues to document what happens when restaurants give themselves one more thing to do. These restaurants put plenty of thought into the presentation. Whether anyone thought about eating off it is another question.
