Rascal Dog Escapes Shelter Kennel In Attempt To Free His Friends

I don’t want to make a “Who Let The Dogs Out?” joke, but I’m going to because it sets this up nicely. A dog named King let the dogs out, or at least attempted to at the Lost Our Home Pet Rescue in Tempe, Arizona, USA.

King got himself out, but was determined to not leave his friends behind.

Jodi Polanski, the founder of Lost Our Home Pet Rescue, recounted to Fox 10 Phoenix: “The alarm went off. It was like, you know, 12 o’clock, 1 o’clock in the morning, and I immediately looked to see what was going on and couldn’t find anything happening, and then I saw the mess, and I was like, oh my God.”

Sure he helped his pals, but the rascal husky also helped himself to some extra kibble. 

The police officer responding to the alarm set off by King was kind enough to sweep up his mess. 

Jodi went on: “I was looking at the footage the next morning. 2 in the morning. I’m like, ‘how is that possible?’ I had no idea the officer was going to clean up, and I saw it, and I was just like, wow, amazing man that he did that.”
