I’m getting pretty sick of hearing about hustle culture. While we are getting paid less and less and expected to work more and more. We are no cogs in a machine. We are human beings meant to live a life.
In today’s Reddit story we have a manager who actually cares about his employees. The company has an unlimited PTO policy and he encourages his workers to use it as long as work is being done well and on time.
