I meditated every day this week for 15 minutes. I’ve tried meditating in the past and was never able to stick with it for more than a few days, but I found this week around day 5, I started to get something out of it. It started to become easier and felt like a thing I should do.
Here’s how I think of meditation now. You know how in the summer you’ll get home and the place is all stuffy so you open a window and the front door just to cycle some fresh air through? That’s your cluttered mind. Sometimes taking 15 minutes to let the bullshit blow out of there is just the medicine you need.
