I hope everyone is holding up ok. There’s plenty of reasons to be afraid right now, but it’s important to take care of yourself daily. I know that may seem selfish at a time like this, but if you aren’t in good condition, you aren’t much good to anyone else. It starts with you.

15. This is a free bodyweight workout plan you can do at home. I did it MWF last week. It only takes 16 minutes each day and it kicked my butt.
