When things get tough we can either turn on each other or turn to each other. We don’t have an easy road ahead of us, but it is going to be a whole lot harder if we don’t stick together. I hope these inspire you.

7. My 3rd grade teacher started a YouTube channel dedicated to reading a chapter of a book every day for students in quarantine. Right now she’s reading “James & the Giant Peach” with her dog, Nemo.
8. Australia has complete border closures, the WA premier had the most wholesome response to a young girl’s worries about the Easter Bunny traveling.
9. My boyfriend doesn’t live with me and we can’t see each other because of the Virus. So he sent me this care package filled with snacks and 2 USBs filled with movies and TV shows. I love him ❤
10. My boyfriend’s roommate tested positive for covid 19. I’m throwing together some masks with filter pockets to drop off on their porch. I suck at top stitching, I know.

12. Omar, my cousin who is mentally challenged, left this note in our mailbox. I texted my aunt about the note, and her response melted my heart.

15. Yesterday (or today if the 7th hasn’t ended for you), was my 14th birthday. Birthday in quarantine was gonna suck but my mom tried her best to make it a good one. This was her first time making a homemade cake and I couldn’t be happier with the result.

19. So I sit at my desk all day and do school work/work-work, and there’s a guy in the apartment building next to mine that does the same. We sometimes make eye contact. Yesterday I had enough; time to make some friends, social distance style!
20. My church’s food pantry had to close. So my sister picked up all the food, sanitized everything, and created bags of food for all the elderly members of the church who relied on the food pantry. She drove to their homes and left the food at their doors. She did all this after working all night.
21. My office has been working from home for weeks. I had sent out an email asking that anyone who has to drop by the office to feed my fish. I went in today for the first time…someone made a log book. I’m crying.
