I woke up this morning and made a large pot of coffee, or as I like to call it, anxiety juice. It’s not that coffee makes me anxious but it definitely accelerates my anxiety. It’s hard to not be stressed out these days, but it’s nice to know I can still feel something.
Without anxiety, how else would you wake up after forgetting to set all 7 of your alarms? They say laughter is a good way to relax the mind so why not take a break from deciding which task to avoid completing and start with these funny anxiety memes?
