I’ve heard before that one of the most common reasons married people fight with their spouses is because they don’t follow regular roommate courtesy. Sometimes your “annoying spouse” is really just someone who never learned to live with another person.
All that to say: these spouses are really, really annoying.
Maybe there should be an elaborate test you have to take before you get married where you have to answer if you leave the lights on, how to properly wrap cords, and maybe a bonus round of how you reseal the bread bag after opening. Or you could just live together before you’re married. Whatever works for you!
