Humanity has come a long way when you really think about the accomplishments of our ancestors. Sometimes I forget about all of the advancements we’ve made just in my lifetime and how amazing it is.
I also can’t imagine living in any other time period. I’m not very cut out for manual labor. If I lived in an era without central air or the internet I wouldn’t last very long.
What I’m trying to say is I’m weak. Unlike our ancestors, who had to somehow discover new land. Which, I think we’re done now, right? Thanks to Google Earth there are no more explorers. If you meet someone who tells you they’re an explorer, they’re lying or they’re a time traveler.
People are sharing what they think is the most mind-blowing accomplishment of our ancestors and the responses are all things I’m sure you also haven’t thought about since your last history class.
What did our ancestors do that still blows your mind?
