43 Vintage Ads That Aged Like Warm Milk

When I think of the word “vintage” it’s usually followed by something cool but apparently not when it comes to advertising.

We’ve come a long way when it comes to social justice and women’s rights and although we have more work to do, looking back can show us what changes we’ve made, and for the better. These vintage ads are disturbing and really show how messed up society’s standards were at that time.

Also, I don’t say that as if things are perfect now. I wasn’t around when these vintage ads were the norm and I’m glad things like this became unacceptable. Hopefully, we can keep heading in that direction.
