If you’ve ever worked as a server or in customer service you know more than anyone that encountering dumb people is inevitable.
I’ve laughed at things a customer said because I thought they were trying to be funny but it turns out they’re just dumb. Trying to recover after that is tricky unless they’re so dumb that they didn’t even notice.
Although I hope to never have to deal with dumb customers ever again, the stories are hilarious. The customer isn’t always right. Sometimes they’re dumb.
