Not everyone is lucky enough to have awesome neighbors. I mean, have you been on NextDoor lately? Things can get tense over there.

For every bad neighbor, there has to be at least one good one. I haven’t run the numbers yet, but judging by the Humans Being Bros group, there are plenty of good neighbors still.
