A stray cat came up to me once and I thought it was lost. I checked its collar and it said “I’m not lost, I’m an outdoor cat.” It’s like their owner knew I was going to check its collar.
Cats can be devious little creatures. You never know what they’re plotting, especially when it’s a cat you don’t know. So putting up a sign to give people a heads up about your cat’s hijinx might be helpful. It’s working for these cat owners at least.
