Taco Bell has officially started selling the Mexican Pizza again, and self-proclaimed food scientist Kendrick Lobster took it upon himself to see what happens when you air-fry it for two hours.
You may remember past experiments he’s conducted, like when he air-fried a hot dog for two hours, but he really stepped it up this time.
Commenters on Twitter were somewhat critical of his execution saying this was a waste of time, but I disagree. I thoroughly enjoyed this wild ride, and I hope he does more. You know…for science.
