It’s one thing if your boss denies your PTO for, what he may claim is a good reason. It’s the busy season, or “you didn’t give me enough heads up.” Questionable, but still relatable and at least semi-defensible.
But what about vacations you negotiate as part of the terms of your employment before you even take the job? Surely no boss would have the gall to later renege on that, right?
