In the gig economy, no two days are the same, especially if you’re a trooper of the Instacart frontline. Reddit u/Oneperheart, a member of the popular Reddit group made just for Instacart Shoppers certainly got more than they bargained for during what seemed like a typical delivery run.

A hefty order for frozen pizzas turned into an uncomfortable situation when the customer proposed a shocking offer for some additional “fun” time. Yikes! Oneperheart’s quick thinking and sense of humor saw them through, but it’s a stark reminder of the unexpected challenges our gig workers often face.
