TikTok is a really, umm, interesting place.
Sure, there is helpful stuff on there. I’ve learned a bunch of skateboarding tricks from it. And there are countless recipes and beauty tutorials I see value in. But then there’s some stuff I’m not sure I understand. For example, just this morning I learned that there’s an entire subgenre of TikToks that are just people stocking their fridge?
Maybe it’s because I’m a millennial and don’t “get” Gen-Z memes or whatever, but I don’t think so because I’m not alone in being confused by TikTok.
