In a TikTok video that quickly went viral, a content creator humorously poked fun at his job’s strict anti-work-from-home policy.
“My workplace insists on having me in the office, even though I handle everything remotely. So, you know what I did? I went ahead and deleted Teams and email from my phone,” @mrbrotein quipped through a text overlay.
“My boss made an urgent call last night but couldn’t get through to me. So, I told him about the whole ‘not allowed to work from home’ deal,” the text explained.
In the video, @mrbrotein is dressed in a complete suit and tie, giving the impression of working at a desk. As he glances around with a mischievous look, there’s background music and even a laugh track playing. He playfully raises his hands in a “what?” gesture, adding to the comedic effect.
