I grew up in Michigan, and one of the funniest things to me was how our state resembled a mitten. Whenever someone asked where I was from, I would jokingly point to my hand as if it were a map. Interestingly, there are other states with similar shapes, like Florida, but let’s not get into that now.
Enter Nathan W. Pyle‘s fun project, “USA Geography.” In this project, he cleverly illustrates each US state based on its unique shape, transforming them into hilarious single-panel comics accompanied by creative state slogans.
Now, you might be wondering why there aren’t 50 illustrations in this list. The reason is simple: Nathan is probably busy with the Apple+ TV show he has coming out, StrangePlanet, and hasn’t published the remaining ones just yet. But he’s updating them daily, and we added 4 this morning, so only missing a few!
