1. “Definitely the most unexpected thing I’ve ever found at a thrift store: a 1970s McDonald’s rolling high chair.”
2. “I showed these to my sister, and she yelled, ‘JOOTS!’ Found (and left) at Goodwill.”

I walked away from this several times but kept going back to it. I couldn’t stop thinking about the person who collected all these matchbooks, leaving behind a road map of what appears to have been a very fun life in this jar.
There are old matchbooks and newer ones, but all of them are very cool. Someone needed to appreciate this collection, and I’m so glad I get to be that person.”
