My neighbor got a new dog this week and has been introducing it to everyone on the street individually like it’s a new family member moving into the neighborhood. Which, to be fair, it is. The dog’s name is Gerald. Gerald is a very small dog with a very large name and he has already been introduced to me twice because Gerald did not remember our first meeting and my neighbor wanted to make sure we got off on the right foot. I love the enthusiasm.
