After last week’s batch of Amazon reviews, I’m starting to think some people are buying things just so they can write about them. The product is an expense. The review is their passion.
I usually read reviews because I’m trying to make a responsible purchase, but that now requires reading the ramblings of a stranger who has either owned the item for years or just a few minutes. Both have lots of thoughts.
But I’ll happily get sidetracked by someone if it’s funny or just entertaining in a shocking way. Like wow, you really typed this and hit send, didn’t you?
