Dog Instagram accounts are a dime a dozen, but one of them stands head and shoulders above the rest: WeRateDogs. I mean, you can really go wrong with pictures of dogs, but they also have funny/original captions, and regularly post pictures of pups who are in need of medical treatment their owners can’t afford.
